The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The wifi connection was excellent, even in the rooms. The breakfast had a great variety of fresh and delicious options. The location was fantastic, very central to everything.

We like the location, staff and cleanliness. The breakfast was fair enough. We really enjoy our stay. I would like to mention again that staff was very helpful and cooperative.

There is a public area (like square/market-place) in front of the hotel. It was some holiday event at Sunday evening and it was noisy, but they finished not too late… I assume that disco could be noisy.

The hotel has a great location close to shopping areas, ski slopes, and several restaurants. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable, and offer enough storage space. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and informative. The breakfast includes fresh and tasty products. the hotel provides a welcoming and cozy atmosphere with several old-school charming furniture, and superb heating.

Some guests reported noise disturbance from a nearby nightclub on Saturdays.

If you go to a hotel...and they have a disco in the neighbouring complex..it is difficult to sleep... the weekends. The disco location should be mentioned!!!!! From your web.site you got the impression that it was fully booked.....NOT The case..to keep price level up. Cheep.....Be fare in pricing because the facts will come out anyway!!!!!

The environment: it was very nice and relaxing.

1. When I made my reservation, I was not advise about the possibility to have a family room (4 pax) and during our stay, we got 2 family rooms instead of 2 double room. 2. The distance vs. Sion city is wrong on the Booking web: 7.3 vs. ~ 20 km.

the value for money was exceptional. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the great location near the ski slopes and the convenience of being next to the shopping area in the center. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service, making me feel welcomed and well taken care of. I was impressed by the attention to detail in the basic amenities provided, such as having rooms with a bathtub. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of choices, including fresh products like hot baked bread and pancakes.

Everything was perfect, there was nothing that could be improved upon.

The staff were all very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The rooms were comfortable and the bath room had a proper sized bath in it. There was pleanty of good home cooked food and my son loved the opportunity for crepes every morning. All in all it was a very relaxing week.

In the early evenings if a lot of people were using the bathrooms then the water was some times only just warm.

The location of the hotel was perfect for me, close to the ski lifts and restaurants, and right in the center of everything. The breakfast was good with fresh products, and the staff was kind, welcoming, and very helpful. The cleanliness and hotel facilities were top-notch, offering all the needed amenities.

Pleasant friendly hotel with lovely real fire between the bar and dinning room. My wife is a coeliac and must avoid all gluten, the chef made a real effort to provide a delicious gluten free diet, even providing specail gluten free bread. The best we have ever seen in a hotel. Great food for everyone, and great value for money.

They don't have a suana which was a real shame. There is plenty of space in the basement next to the (small) gym where they could put one.
